Business Transactions
Our firm handles stock sales and purchases, asset sales and purchases, industrial revenue bonds, corporate refinancing, covenants not to compete, partnership dissolutions and other various business transactions. In addition, we can assist with Section 1031 (like-kind) exchanges and other sale of business strategies.

Our firm represents and advises clients who are or might become involved in a lawsuit or appeal as a result of a dispute, including prevention and settlement, in such areas restrictive covenants in employment contracts and business transactions, trade secrets, trademark and trade dress infringement, patent infringement, contract dispute, probate litigation, real estate litigation, corporate governance, breach of fiduciary duties, fraud, fraudulent conveyances and other business torts, general business and commercial litigation, tax litigation and IRS disputes, personal injury and family law. We regularly serve as local counsel for out-of-state firms in Federal Court and participate in all forms of alternative dispute resolution including, but not limited to, mediations and arbitrations.

When the need arises, we have the ability to step in and assist a human resources department with its fundamental operations.
